For Enrollers to qualify for the Home Conversion Commission, the customer must shop in the first month. If the customer receives any variety of Backup Order or Select Pack in the first month of enrollment, no Home Conversion Commission will be paid.

Fill out the Customer Membership Agreement completely and accurately. Be sure to include account information and the required signatures. Call the toll-free Enrollment Line at 1800-800-8080, and then fax or mail the completed paperwork to Melaleuca. You can also enroll a new customer online by using the Enrollment Center found in the Business Center and following the on-screen instructions. In addition to these options, Customers may also utilize the Enrollment option, please call one of our friendly Customer Service Associates at 1800-800-8080.

The Enroller is the Marketing Executive who introduces someone to Melaleuca and helps them become a customer or Marketing Executive.

The Presenter is the Marketing Executive who presents Melaleuca's products and business opportunity to a new customer or Marketing Executive. See Statement of Policies #22.

The Immediate Support Team Marketing Executive is the Marketing Executive directly above you in your support team. The Immediate Support Team Marketing Executive and the Enroller are the primary resources in building a new customer’s business.

Not at this time. Each customer or Marketing Executive must have an account of which he or she is the owner and is authorized to withdraw funds. Using your own credit card or debit card to enroll someone else can be cause for termination.

Not at this time. A credit card, debit card, or savings account is necessary for Member status.

They can place an order with a credit card or debit card before their paperwork is received. We give all customers the Member price on their first order. After that, we need to receive the paperwork before the customer can receive all the benefits of being a Member.
